Spirit World Part IV

The Astral Realities

Living in the Third Dimension has many advantages for Human Beings and Spirit Beings. We generally co-exist with no great issues. We live, knowingly sometimes, will all Dimensions existing all around us, all the time, in our space and time. Sometimes a Loved One who has departed may have already Crossed Over, but still feels the need to support the ones he or she left behind. It is different for them. They are experiencing Unconditional Love, and a Non Judgmental existence. Why would they be sorry about leaving this world? Time and Space confinement does not exist in their world. For them, it will be the equivalent of a day or two before their loved one also Crosses Over. And the least they can do is comfort them.

But then there are, shall we say, Spirits of less refined matter and intention. Where do these come from, what do they want in my life, and what if I don't want them here? First to simplify, I will address the Astral Realities. There are essentially four of them, for the sake of this writing, with many Dimensions within them, and Other Dimensions within those. They are divided according to their 'Vibratory Existence'. The very low vibrational beings, are slow moving, unwilling to do what it takes to Cross Over, and eventually many cease to exist. These are often called 'the heavies'. No one likes them. They don't like themselves. Then there are the 'Thought Forms'. These have a Higher Vibrational Existence, both positive and negative 'Thought Forms' exist together. These 'Thought Forms' may contain depressive forms, or ideas and thoughts that are positive that were never fulfilled, you get the idea. Then there is another layer of Astral Beings, and these are those that may not have Crossed Over yet. They may have decided to take a 'break' before Crossing Over. Live in a created rest area, such as near a mountain spring, and camp out. Also in this realm are those who are mischievous. They roam the Astral Realities around the Earth, and look for opportunity. Finally, there are those who are in the Higher realm of the Astral Realities. These may be Star Beings, or from other planets that can be either more advanced or further 'behind' Earth Reality. It is the ones who have decided to take a break that I would like to expand on.

A Spirit, much like us, has 'Free Will'. An example would be the night that I encountered the Jester with my other friends. Who would ever guess. After almost 30 years, I have been informed by a good messenger, that we were correct to grab our things and get out of Dodge. That he materialized when he dropped right out of the Sky. We could see him, because he had his personal Energy turned up to “Full Tilt” I call it. We cannot see them if they are at about 5% of “Full Tilt”. This Jester, no matter what his intentions were, was up to nothing good at all. It was fun time for him, in a 'Naughty' Spiritual Sense.

Does that negate the learning that I received? Of course not. That experience, not the Jester himself, changed things in my life. I am different. Having out run him, I am all the better for it.

I often wonder what would have happened had The Jester caught up to us.

Ghosts

A World Unseen. Sometimes

Spirit Worlds Part II

In my ceaseless study of the Spirit World, and what happens when our Personal Energy departs from our dense matter existing on Earth, I discover new jewels of information from many areas. A focus on Ghosts, so curious, elusive, sometimes not. What are their messages to us, in this very mysterious world, where some people are allowed to see them, some are not? Who are they, what do they want from me?

The definition of a Ghost, is a Spirit departed, who remains by their own free will, within the Astral Plane. Translation, they do not Cross Over, but remain within the Earth Plane, as opposed to traveling to their ultimate home, in other Dimensions. They can do this because they have 'Free Will”. They get to choose. For every Ghost, there is a new reason as to why they remain, here in the Astral Plane.

Some remain out of bitterness, some decide that they want to be solitary for awhile, creating a comfortable reality of their choosing and rest within it. Some build their own confinement, a prison of sorts akin to self flagellation in the Spirit World. Some stay bound on Earth itself, enjoying the opportunity to frighten those still in physicality. Others, well, quite sadly, try everything to recover their physical Earthly lives.

All the while, they know they are dead. As a Human Being, their particular lifetime is over. They know what needs to happen next. Eventually they need to Cross Over to the other Dimension, review their Life's Lessons, restore their Energy. Depending on how they came to depart from their Earthly body, their Energy may need some serious restoration. All the while, their Spirit Guide is with them, while they take this little 'Ghostly Hiatus'. Often they are persuaded to come away from their Ghostly Activities. To move on, become whole again, live as a Spirit, the way you did before your last incarnation. Remember what it was like to walk through walls? To levitate?

This can go on indefinitely. Some 25, 50 or 100 years in Earth Time. It equates to around 2 weeks in time for other Dimensions. No big deal for them. But what is the final decision for these Ghosts to do the right thing, to Cross Over?

It seems that the motivation is the same as for us. The isolation, being away from their Soul Group, the reunion at the Gate being cloaked with Unconditional Love from their Guides, family members, the celebration of life moving forward. The possibility of returning to Earth on a new assignment. Or the decision to remain in Spirit for a few hundred Earth Years, rest with their favorite companion, and sit this one out.

I have a different view of Ghosts these days. I considered them 'throw aways' who didn't want to do the right thing. They are not so different from us. I have more empathy for them. At certain times, I will even have a discussion during Table Tipping, and counsel them to do the right thing, and Cross Over. Some understanding for the right Ghost can go a long way.

That Little Fear

Protection in a Chaotic Time

New Series in Spirit Worlds, Part I

Occasionally, I have a person tell me, without really telling me, that there are unwanted Spirits residing in their living space. It starts by thinking someone is watching them. Over time, it escalates to other things. Children are uncomfortable. Frightened. The dog becomes chronically sick. They used to be able to grow plants, but no longer. Eventually, there is undeniably something wrong. As the person relays the message to me, I have to wait, it is as if they are afraid that someone in another Dimension, who is the cause of this, will hear them speaking. And that there will be consequences.

The Spirit World is complex. When I experience Spirit, I choose only Light beings. I maintain an environment where only they will exist. If I move into a new place, the first thing I do is clean the Energy there. I don't appreciate surprises, or their consequences.

But Spirit is composed of both Light and a Variety of Other Beings. There are Rogue Spirits, there are beings from the Astral Plane who happen to stroll into our presence from time to time. There are, yes, truly, Ghosts.

What is important is not your tolerance in living with this type of situation. It is not something you need to keep in your life if it is not working. There should be no time when you or your children are too afraid to go to sleep with the light still on.

A “House Clearing” may be just the thing that will bring back some order to what you used to have before you moved into that house. Before you started talking to your spouse or friend in whispers. Before you had a jar of peanuts throw itself off the shelf and shatter only on one side.

There is no trick here, just the treat. Protect yourself well. If it doesn't come to you intuitively what you need to do to clear the house, then contact me or someone who can do this for you.

Life is to be lived, following your path and loving your family. No Spirit has the right or power to take that away from you.

Meeting Oneself Along the Way

Reincarnation Part III

More than once, I have found myself in a situation where, my new boss was intolerable, or my new sister-in-law was going to be a personal challenge for me. Further, other people could not see the things that I saw, or rather, could not see them as intensely as I saw them.

Why would this be so?

One reason, as discussed in Reincarnation Part I, I was working out the details of Soul Memory, or Karma, carried over from a previous life. There is no person, however long they stay in our life, who we have not previously met. When we meet them again, while minding our own business, it can truly be our undoing, if we allow it.

Another approach may be to face the challenge head on. Dismantle the Karma. Find a way to resolve this piece of our current life. Even if it means doing it without the other person's cooperation. The important issue to remember, is that we are here , at this juncture, because we did not finish working out these conflicts in some previous life. If there is not enough time to work it out in this life, most surely there will be time to work it out in some future incarnation.

Some say, “Information about Past Lives only goes so far. What is important is this life here and now.”.

This is true enough. When self-revealing our Past Lives is coupled with our 'Free Will', we can create a different outcome. We can become our authentic self, learn our Life Lessons, and come to a resolution. In creating the resolution to the conflict with persons we would rather never to have met, we do a unique thing for ourselves. We find more compassion, empathy, joy. We meet our authentic selves along the way to living our lives to their fullest.

Giving that gift to ourselves, is the greatest Gift we can experience. It promises to have huge repercussions into our Soul's plan for the next time around.

Karma is memory

Reincarnation Part II

When thinking about the possibilities of Karma, it has been sold as a bill of goods that no one wants. “He's got some 'bad Karma'” Even the song, “Instant Karma's gonna get you.”

How much of this is true?

It is thought in certain belief systems, that if we can clear 51% of our Karma, the larger half, then we will not have to return to Earth, for another go round. We could have the choice, or 'Free Will' to decide. We can become an Immortal, or Ascended Master, working on Spiritual tasks in other Dimensions. This may be true.

The one thing that is true about Karma, is that it is not a debt. Such as a credit card where we borrow against our future, gambling that we can pay. It is less complicated than debt, and the cost is more.

Karma is memory. For example, in one life, there may be a contentious relationship, with a relative, whose issue with them is never fully resolved in that life time. This relationship would be a candidate for incarnation in the following lifetime, only as a different relationship with the same entity, or soul. The chance to work on resolving the conflict with that entity, is based on the memory, that carries over into the next lifetime.

This may also be true in the case of 'good' or non contentious Karma. An example, is if you are the type of person always helping other family members. No matter how much help you give, they cannot achieve their goal. You look back at several lifetimes, using Table Tipping, perhaps, and you see that this is a pattern. A Karmic memory, that co- migrates with your soul. In the deepest recesses of the unconscious.

Spiritual Awareness through Table Tipping can help in this resolution. If one can see where their lives have been, then a new Karma, for the future, through 'Free Will', can help with planning a new way forward.

Yes, I'm certain, I remember YOU!

Past Lives

In my studies of Edgar Cayce's opinions and teachings on “Reincarnation”, there are many intriguing issues that he mentions. These are based largely on his experience with 'Life Readings' that he performed.

The one thing that he saw and found to be accurate, is that we are one soul traveling at different times, with a different body, on Earth. Relaxing, at times, between lives, on other planets to gain insight and learn new levels of Unconditional Love, and, when appropriate, return to Earth. My belief is that the return to Earth, the land of 'time and space', is not always linear. One can return to an earlier lifetime, if they choose.

At any time we choose to return to Earth, we will certainly meet new “friends”. Rest assured that each person, who you come into contact with, are not new to your life. You have known them previously, and are both “picking up where you left off”, in that last life.

This, then explains why, one relationship may feel as if you have known that person all your life. Some other new relationship may feel as if you have just met the person who twas a Czar in one lifetime, and you were a peasant. Another, you may feel as if you are repelled by their very presence. And others, you may never want to leave them.

It may be a reflection of what the relationship was in the past. Sometimes it is valuable to dig up this information using Table Tipping. But, keep in mind, as you have just 'picked up where you left off', this is another opportunity to learn in 'Real-Time'. To work on making the relationship, when appropriate, whole, and 'finished', with no unresolved issues to come back to and re-work.

Then when we come around the next time, well, a life of Joy, and celebration will be ours.

From Transition to Transformation

As seasons come and go, I must admit that Fall and the idea of Harvest, is my favorite. Winter runs a close second. This brings up images of fullness, as we experienced recently from the Harvest Moon. A time of gathering, fall produce for example, and planning. Envisioning what is our next move.

Thankfully, as the weather encourages, we turn inward, for planning, and discovering. Discovering all of the fruits of the labor we have done on the physical level as well as mental, emotional and Spiritual. This is the time to take stock, evaluate, and move forward, to the next round of lessons.

Intrinsically, we are aware that we do this Spiritually each day. We are introspective, at least some time of the day, and move, with Spirit each hour, becoming each day, month, season and year. For it is true, that it is the body that changes with each season. Becoming physically more mature, mentally and emotionally wiser all the while. This is the natural course of living in the Third Dimension. But the Spirit, well, this is the 'Constant'. It is the one part of us that continues to mature, unaffected by seasons, disappointments, losses and gains, finding a new lover, inheriting a fortune. None of these things change Spirit. This is the one aspect of our existence to whom we turn, to provide insight, guidance, and transformation.

It is Spirit that provides the catalyst for transformation in our physical lives. Spirit makes us ready, in cooperation with our 'free will' to accept the changes that come to us. Spirit sheds guidance of 'best of all possible decisions', and if we ask, receive direction on the 'best way forward'.

During this time, your instinct is correct to draw close to Spirit. In whichever way you choose. It is driven by your 'free will'.

Part 3

(last in series, for now) 

Michelle Coelho and Twin Soul, K.S.

When I finally met my Twin Soul, we were both in our early thirties. I felt that I should have been born with long, curly, red hair all my life. To achieve this, I continually altered my straight brunette long hair according to what I felt were my true attributes.

I met my Twin Soul, K.S. In the early 90's. She was a co worker, with long curly red hair. Just exactly what I had been imagining for my entire memory of what I should have looked like. We became friends. We compared notes of our lives, things we did, our childhood. Our most recent shared experience, when we first met was our lives in Spain. During the same year, I lived in Barcelona, and she lived in Madrid. This was for the entire year before we met. The exact months, etc. We had almost identical experiences. Physical health problems. Similar feelings as we came away from that experience.

K.S. introduced me to a new Spirituality as our friendship progressed. Suffering from depression, I went through years of having suicidal thoughts. She never left me alone during these times, regardless of what was happening in her life. She explained that if one commits suicide, there is huge Karmic Debt, that I would have to live many lifetimes over to compensate for the learning missed in this life.

Along the way, she introduced me to Table Tipping, and that it would somehow answer these loose ends in my life, That I could finally make sense of why my older brother had been tragically taken from our family, and other questions, as to 'what is my life all about? Who am I, really?'

Later in our friendship, after we had moved to different locations in the world, I needed her once more. I was having health issues, and needed surgery. She planned to see me a week or so after the surgery, to see how she could once again help me. But it was not to be.

Much to my surprise, two weeks before my surgery, K.S. ended her life here, and chose to be in Spirit.

She gave no discussion to me as to why. When we converse on the Table, during a Table Tipping session, she says it is true, she will need to live more incarnations to learn what she should have learned in this lifetime, here, she doesn't think it was a good idea for me to have done the same earlier.

Regardless of where she exists, what Dimension, whatever incarnation, I am still able to continue the Good Works started with my 'Twin Soul' , K.S., with much help from Table Tipping and communication with her in Spirit.

May you find and know your 'Twin Soul'.

Identification Gives Purpose to Both

Part 2

Twin Soul identification often starts the same as any other friendship, fast, or slow over time. More commonalities are revealed soon. Each begins to see the other as their 'completed' friend. One who I would allow, and do allow, to change some aspect of my life. Largely because the 'Twins' build trust, based on the depth of their soul experience together. There is resonance, each hearing the same vibration with each other. One teaches the other, with boundaries respected and relaxed, more so than with any other friend. Defenses are lowered. This enables change that can make enormous differences in a Twin's Life separately, or within the world consciousness.

One aspect of change can be the Spiritual side of one's life. This is something that the Twin Soul does for their Twin. The consequence of this may have enormously positive repercussions on the Society as a Whole. The Twin Souls, in their Synergy, can effect changes of exponential proportions. The Twin Energy becomes a catalyst a new beginning.

Twin Souls

Twin Soul Identification

Part 1

A Twin Soul is identified over time. They are different than a 'Soul Mate' in relationship and in their beginnings of such.

A 'Twin Soul' comes into being when one soul 'doubles' and becomes two of the identical “Soul Vibration' or 'Material'.

This can last more than one life time, as we are truly one soul, having many lifetimes. The 'Twin Souls' are then born to either one set of parents having identical twins, or to two sets of parents, each 'twin' having a separate family

At exactly the correct time, they will meet, if they have had separate sets of parents, either early or later in their lifetimes.

The nature of the relationship is such that this set of 'Twin Souls' has spent a lifetime as each other's Brother, Sister, Mother, Father, Friend, Daughter, Son, Lover, Enemy, Husband,Wife. Every possible relationship has happened over the course of several lifetimes, and they know each other quite deeply. They know each other's 'Soul' so well. It is their own.

When they meet, as 'Twin Souls' in their current lifetime, it is for a special purpose. There is much more to accomplish through their 'Synergy'. They become involved in the 'Purpose of the Divine', where two are needed to accomplish the enormous tasks they have agreed upon.

Distance Healing

The Term Distance Healing has Latitude

Whenever someone sees that I do “Distance Healing” the first question from most is “Does that mean that you do Reiki?” I answer “no, I have never studied that. It would be a new skill. But I have benefited from it.”

My initial interest was in the Supportive Healing Arts, such as Therapeutic Touch, then Psychic Healing, Crystal Healing, and more. I can say that today, I work in an area that is called the “Higher Spiritual Energies”. It addresses the desire to heal at its source. It is ideal for the “Non Local Gap” that exists in Distance Healing.

Healing, where a person benefits intentionally from the Healer who is administering it, is therefore Healing, be it Distance or Local. This creates a large ‘Umbrella’ for all Healers. The type of Healing that I work engage in, is just as valuable as one who does Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Energy and others. The ‘where’ of how it is done does not enter the picture.

It is correct to think of all Distance Healing as working within Energies whose velocity is beyond our comprehension and considered ‘Subtle Energy’. Consistent work with these Subtle Energy Bodies, will manifest the healing that your body already has. It is the manifestation that is important.

So, as we are moving toward different forms, rather, names, for Healing, let us consider that the ‘Umbrella’ is large. As all have the same intention to Heal, no one method is better than the other. A hand is not better than a foot, they are just different.
